My refunds and returns policy lasts exactly 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your initial purchase, I won’t be able to offer a full refund or return. To be eligible for a return, your copy of Birds into Blurbs™ | The Book Game of The Boobook Club must be unused in the same condition that you received it. I also require a receipt or proof of purchase, as well.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and an equal credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment shortly afterwards : )
Late/Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, I first recommend checking your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company since it may take time before your refund is finalized. Next, contact your bank because there is often some additional processing before a refund is posted. If you’ve done that, please contact me at birdsintoblurbs@gmail.com.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to PO Box 265 Pocopson, Pennsylvania 19366. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement to reach may vary.
